Now Telangana Government Decided to conduct Transfers in web councelling mode. till now the transfers councelling is done in manual mode. but in last transfers lot of obligations on D.E.Os came. three D.E.O s Suspended for corruptions in transfers.
In both types of councelling the process for application for transfers and display of vacancies is same. the points allocatation for schools based on categories also same.
In the Manual counselling subject wise & category wise teachers called for counselling on the given Date. Each Teacher is called to opt for his place of interest and immediately his place is shown as vacancy for next teacher and this process is go on to complete transfers for all teachers. In this counselling mode the arised vacancy is immediately observed by teachers in the counselling hall. But in the Manual counselling a lot of obligations are there. Hiding of places and giving unnecessary points to certain teachers for money, interference of political and teacher unions etc. May be this is the Reason to shift to web based counselling by government.
In the web based Counselling every teacher has to submit 100 options for schools based on his priority. then the software automatically allots the place from 100 schools based on the vacancy arised. In this method we cant observe the vacancy arised immediately. even though this is the best transparent method. No political or other unions interference in the counselling. no chance hiding of places by any one. nothing is modified in the middle of the counselling.
In my opinion web based counselling is best for a true hardworking honest teacher.
